Refund policy

14 days, no questions, for unused track credits. If you bought a credit pack and haven’t spent any of its credits on a track, refund it yourself from Settings — no email required. The money goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

• Refundable for 14 days after purchase, self-serve, while the pack’s credits are unused.
• Once a credit from a pack is spent on a track, that pack is no longer refundable — the track it paid for exists and keeps working.
• Credits never expire, so there is no pressure to spend them inside the window.

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your tracks and mastery stay either way.
• Renewals are not automatically refundable, but if you renewed by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we’ll sort it out.
